1. The service

galiluna ("the Service") lets your organization generate, edit, and publish marketing and campaign landing pages using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided by galiluna ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done under your organization's accounts. Administrators of your organization may add, remove, and deactivate users. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, payments, and renewals

Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription (Stripe) and renew automatically at the plan's price until you cancel auto-renewal, which stops future charges while leaving your current paid period active until it ends. Switching to a different plan is billed at that plan's full price. Usage limits are those of the plan in force: each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits (AI-powered actions consume credits at the rates shown in the app; for example, a page generation costs more than a small text improvement), plus separate limits on publishes, images, users, and forms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

7-Day Issue Guarantee. If something goes wrong with what galiluna generated or delivered, open a support ticket within 7 days of the payment and we'll work to correct or regenerate it. If we can't reasonably resolve the issue, we'll refund the affected purchase.

Issues covered include: work that failed to generate, work that was never delivered, a result that is materially incomplete because of a technical fault on our side, a result that is unusable because of a clear generation or system failure, and being charged more than once for the same purchase.

Because each generation consumes AI processing at the moment you request it, a result that generated and was delivered successfully is not normally refundable simply because you changed your mind about it. Reporting an issue does not automatically mean a refund: we'll first try to fix or regenerate the result, and a refund follows only where we can't reasonably do so. Outside the 7-day window, fees are non-refundable. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

4. Your content, and who is responsible for it

You keep all rights to the briefs, images, and other material you upload, and to the pages generated from them. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and publish that material on your behalf.

You are responsible for everything published from your account. You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you upload and everything you publish, including photographs, images of people, music, logos, and third-party trademarks, and that publishing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. That responsibility stays with you whether the material was uploaded by you, written by one of your team, or generated in the Service from your instructions.

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss, or cost that arises from content published through your account, or from your use of the Service in a way these terms do not allow.

5. AI-generated content

Pages, posts, images, and other material are generated by artificial intelligence from your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, including claims, prices, dates, availability, and any legal or regulated statement. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose, and generated material may resemble other content. Nothing generated in the Service is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful; sexually explicit; hateful, harassing, or that attacks people on the basis of who they are; violent or that encourages self-harm; misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive; defamatory; or that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. You may not impersonate a real person or business, publish someone's personal information without their consent, sell regulated or prohibited goods, send spam, attempt to breach the Service's security or other customers' isolation, or resell the Service without our written agreement.

We do not review content before it is published. Pages go live when you publish them. We run automated safety checks at publish time, but those are limited technical checks and are not a review of what your content says or shows.

6a. Reporting content, and what we do about it

Anyone can report a published page at galiluna.com/report or by emailing caio@torontodeveloper.ca. No account is needed.

When we receive a report we look at the page. While we are assessing it we may pause it: the page stops being served, visitors see a notice saying it is temporarily unavailable, and any lead form on it stops accepting submissions. Pausing is not a finding against you. If the page is fine we put it straight back.

If a page breaks these rules we may remove it, and where the breach is serious or repeated we may suspend or close the account. We may act immediately and without notice where content appears unlawful or is causing harm. We tell the account holder what we did and why, and you can contest it by opening a support ticket. We keep a record of reports received and decisions made.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Support is available through the in-app support tickets, answered on a best-effort basis.

8. Data and privacy

We store your account data, content, and an audit trail of actions taken in the Service (used for support and troubleshooting). Published pages are publicly accessible by design. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on the cookies galiluna.com itself sets. If you attach your own Google Tag Manager container (or any other tracking) to a published page, you are responsible for that page's own cookie disclosure and consent obligations toward its visitors; that is not something we operate or control on your behalf.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; your organization's administrators may request account deletion. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, published pages are taken offline and stored content becomes eligible for deletion.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by content you published.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
